Create Account

Create your Prodgy account simply and quickly through the signup process on the login screen, with a guided onboarding flow in three steps.

How to Create Your Account

1. Access the Prodgy login screen
2. Click on the “Create Account” option
3. Enter your email address
4. Click “Submit”

Note

You will receive an invitation email in the language configured at the time of signup. The default language is automatically set based on your browser settings.

Email Confirmation

After entering your email, you will receive a confirmation message. The next step is to check your inbox.

Email Already Registered

If the email provided is already registered in Prodgy:

• A success message will be displayed on the screen
• You will receive an email informing you that you already have an account
• The email will include a security alert about a possible fraudulent attempt

Security

For security reasons, always verify suspicious emails about unauthorized signup attempts on your account.

Password Setup

1. Access the link sent in the invitation email
2. You will be redirected to the password setup screen
3. Create a secure password following the indicated requirements
4. Confirm the password
5. Click “Confirm”

Strong Password

Use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters to ensure your account security.

Onboarding Process

After setting your password, you will be directed to the three-step onboarding process.

Step 1: Personal Profile

Fill in your personal information:

• Full name
• Job title or role
• Contact phone number
• Profile picture (optional)

Step 2: Additional Information

Answer the information collection form to personalize your experience:

• Team size
• Industry or field
• Goals with Prodgy
• Tools currently used

Step 3: Organization Setup

Register your organization data and choose a subscription plan:

• Organization name
• Market segment
• Desired subscription plan
• Payment method

As the organization creator, you will automatically receive the administrator (admin) role, with full access to features and settings.

Validations and Requirements

All required fields in each step must be filled before proceeding. The system will validate:

• Correct email format
• Password strength
• Required profile fields
• Valid organization data

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be filled to complete each step.

Accessibility and Languages

During onboarding, you can customize your experience:

• Theme: Light or dark mode
• Language: Portuguese or English
• Notifications: Communication preferences

Note

Language changes will be applied in real-time during the onboarding process.

Registration Completion

Upon successfully completing all three steps:

1. Your organization will be created automatically
2. You will be redirected to the main Prodgy screen
3. You can start using all platform features
4. You will have full access as an administrator
