Administration

The Prodgy Assistant includes a dedicated admin panel accessible via the dashboard. It provides a complete set of tools for administrators to operate and maintain the Assistant service.

Schedule

Monitor active calls and pending meetings in real time via Server-Sent Events (SSE). Force-leave active calls or cancel scheduled meetings.

History

View the complete event history of all meetings: scheduling, join, leave, transcription, and errors. Filter by organization, event type, status, and date range. Analyze data through customizable dashboards.

Logs

View and stream system logs in real time. List available log files, query recent entries, and follow live output for diagnostics.

Settings

Configure the Assistant service directly from the dashboard. Edit connection strings, API keys, email settings, and Teams integration — all without editing files or restarting the service.

The admin panel uses Server-Sent Events (SSE) for real-time updates across all sections. The SSE connection is managed automatically — you just need to be logged in with an administrator account.
