How to Export

Section titled “How to Export”

To export a conversation to PDF:

  1. Open the conversation you want to export in the Playground
  2. Click the export button in the Playground header
  3. Select Export PDF
  4. The file will be generated and downloaded automatically by the browser

PDF Content

The exported document includes:

  • All messages from the conversation — both user and agent
  • Preserved formatting — markdown, lists, bold, italic, and code blocks
  • Date and time of each message
  • Identification of the workspace and agent used in the conversation
  • Conversation title as the document header

Use Cases

PDF export is useful for:

  • Documenting interactions — recording important conversations for future reference
  • Creating reports — compiling agent responses in a shareable format
  • Sharing with the team — sending conversations to members who do not have access to the Playground
  • Auditing — maintaining an external record of agent interactions
