What are Pipelines?
Section titled “What are Pipelines?”Pipelines are automated flows that collect, transform, and import data from various sources into the knowledge base. Examples:
- Document import from external repositories
- Site information collection (web scraping)
- Service schedules with programmed executions
- Synchronization of data from external APIs
Installing a Pipeline
Section titled “Installing a Pipeline”-
In the Pipelines tab of the Knowledge Base, click Add Pipeline

The catalog of available pipelines is displayed with search and filters

Select the desired pipeline and follow the installation wizard:
- Configure the required integrations
- Fill in specific parameters
- Link existing integrations when requested

After installation, the pipeline appears in the list with its status
Pipeline Status
Section titled “Pipeline Status”| Status | Indicator | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Active | Green | Pipeline working normally |
| Error | Red | Configuration or execution error |
| Inactive | Gray | Pipeline disabled |
Managing Pipelines
Section titled “Managing Pipelines”| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Search | Find pipelines by name or description |
| Edit settings | Change pipeline parameters (Super Admin role only) |
| Delete | Remove a pipeline with confirmation |
