Requirements
Section titled “Requirements”- Active Prodgy account with a configured product
- Agent installed with an active version and webhook trigger
- Microsoft 365 (Office 365) environment for Graph API integration
- Bot email configured by the Prodgy team

Create the workspace on the Prodgy platform
Log in to the platform and create or select the workspace where the Assistant will be used.

Install the Assistant agent
In the workspace, install the Prodgy Assistant agent from the Store and activate a version.

Configure the webhook trigger
Define the destination webhook where transcriptions will be delivered after each meeting.

Request bot email configuration
Contact the Prodgy team to configure the bot email associated with your Microsoft 365 environment.

Forward invitations
Users can start forwarding Teams meeting invitations to the bot email.
Microsoft Graph API Integration
Section titled “Microsoft Graph API Integration”The service uses the Microsoft Graph API for email mailbox monitoring, offering advanced capabilities:
