Request Reset
Section titled “Request Reset”-
Access the login screen
On the Prodgy login page, click Forgot your password?

Enter your email
Type the email address registered on the platform.

Check your inbox
An email with the reset link will be sent. Also check your spam folder if you don’t find the email.

Click the reset link
The link will redirect you to the password reset page.
Set New Password
Section titled “Set New Password”On the reset page, enter your new password and confirm it. The password must meet the following requirements:

| Length | Minimum of 8 characters |
| Uppercase | At least one uppercase letter |
| Lowercase | At least one lowercase letter |
| Number | At least one number |
| Special | At least one special character |
The system displays real-time visual indicators for each requirement met, along with a matching indicator between the password and confirmation.
Protection Against Excessive Attempts
Section titled “Protection Against Excessive Attempts”The system has security mechanisms to protect your account:
- Attempt limit: after multiple requests in a short period, a cooldown is applied
- Progressive cooldown: the wait time increases with the number of attempts (15 to 60 seconds)
- Monitoring window: attempts are monitored over a 1-hour period
- A progress bar indicates the remaining time during cooldown
