Workspace Information

Guide

There are two ways to access workspace settings:

  1. Click the gear button next to the workspace selector in the navbar
  2. Or go to the Admin Panel > Workspaces > select the workspace

The workspace configuration page (breadcrumb: Workspace Settings) is organized in four tabs: General, Users, API Tokens, and Security.


The General tab allows you to edit the workspace’s basic information:

  • Supports PNG, JPG, and JPEG formats
  • Maximum size of 5 MB
  • Drag and drop the image or click to select
  • The logo is displayed in the workspace selector, side menu, and other areas of the platform

To create a new workspace:

  1. Go to the Admin Panel > Products
  2. Click Add Workspace
  3. Fill in the required information (name)
  4. Optionally, add description, website, and logo
  5. Click Save

The new workspace will be created and available in the navbar workspace selector.


To edit an existing workspace’s information:

  1. Go to the workspace configuration page
  2. In the General tab, modify the desired fields
  3. Click Save to apply the changes

Changes are reflected immediately across the entire platform.


The Users tab shows two sections:

Invites linked to this workspace that have not yet been accepted. Each invite shows the name, email, role, and an “Awaiting access” badge. You can cancel an invite by clicking the X button.

Users currently linked to this workspace. The list is displayed in a bordered card with a header showing the user count. Super Admin users are not shown in this list (they have access to all workspaces by default).


The Security tab contains the Danger Zone for irreversible workspace actions.

To delete a workspace:

  1. Go to Workspace Settings → Security
  2. Click Delete
  3. The system checks for blocking dependencies (agents and knowledge bases). If found, you must remove them first.
  4. Type the exact workspace name to confirm
  5. Click Delete to proceed
  6. A progress bar is displayed during the deletion
  7. After completion, you are redirected to General Settings → Products and the navbar is updated
