Delete Organization
Section titled “Delete Organization”Permanently removes the organization and all associated data.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”Before deleting an organization, you must first remove all workspaces linked to it. The system will block deletion if workspaces still exist and display an error message asking you to remove them first.
What will be deleted
Section titled “What will be deleted”- All members and pending invitations
- Subscription and consumption data
- Integrations and configurations
Deletion process
Section titled “Deletion process”- Navigate to General Settings → Security
- Click Delete Organization
- Confirm by typing the exact organization name
- A progress bar is displayed during the deletion
- After completion:
- Super Admin users are redirected to the dashboard with the organization list updated
- Regular Admin users are redirected to the login page
Delete Workspace (Workspace Settings)
Section titled “Delete Workspace (Workspace Settings)”Products are deleted from the Workspace Settings → Security tab, not from the General Settings. See Workspace Settings for details on the workspace deletion flow.
