Tip

The Dashboard Hub is the single place where you track what is happening in Prodgy — at the organization level, inside each workspace, or brought in by the agents and integrations you installed.

What the Dashboard Hub is

It is the main Prodgy screen. It gathers dashboards from different origins in an interactive visual panel, so you can follow metrics, adoption, AI cost, team activity, and data from connected tools — all in one place, without jumping between applications.

Each dashboard shows up as a card with:

• Title and logo of its origin (agent or integration, when applicable)
• Chart or indicator with live data
• Action menu (settings, refresh, export, pin/unpin)
• Drag handle to move and resize

Scopes

Prodgy organizes dashboards into scopes that follow the platform hierarchy. You switch between them with the selector at the top of the screen.

Scope	What it shows	Who sees it
Organization	Company-wide view — adoption, active users, AI consumption, activity per workspace, active integrations	Organization admins and members
Workspace	Product-specific view — distinct users, installed agents, knowledge base, executions, playground activity, top features per user	Anyone with access to the workspace

Note

When admins enter Prodgy, they land on the organization view. To enter a specific product, just pick it from the workspace menu — the Hub context switches automatically.

Tabs

Each Hub can be organized into multiple tabs — separate, for example, “Operations”, “AI Cost” and “Quality” into different tabs to keep navigation tidy when you have many dashboards.

You can create, rename, reorder and delete tabs at any time from the top bar of the panel. Tabs are personal by user, but admins can save a configuration as the default for the whole organization or workspace.

Slots, sizes and drag-and-drop

The Hub uses a system of resizable slots. Each dashboard occupies a slot that can have four sizes:

Size	When to use
Small	Single indicators, simple KPIs (e.g. number of active users)
Medium	Compact charts, donuts, gauges
Large	Detailed charts, time comparisons
Full width	Tables, dashboards with many columns, long series

To rearrange, just drag and drop the card to the desired position. To resize, open the card menu and pick the size, or use the side handle.

Tip

Each dashboard type has a recommended form-factor (tile, chart or table). Prodgy only allows dropping into compatible slots, so a numeric KPI does not end up in a table slot and vice versa.

User preferences

Everything you tweak in the panel is saved automatically:

• Tabs created and card order in each tab
• Size of each slot
• Applied filters
• Personalized names
• Visible and hidden dashboards

Note

Preferences are personal per scope (organization or workspace). Every team member can shape the Hub their own way without affecting the others. For how admins set a shared default, see Managing Dashboards.
