Workspace Users
Guide
Accessing User Management
Section titled “Accessing User Management”To manage a workspace’s users:
- Go to the workspace configuration page (gear button in the navbar)
- Click the Users tab
User List
Section titled “User List”The Users tab displays all members with access to the workspace in a table with the following columns:

| Avatar | Photo or name initial of the user |
| Name | User’s full name |
| User’s email address | |
| Actions | Buttons to edit or remove access |
Search and Pagination
Section titled “Search and Pagination”- Search by name or email to quickly locate users
- Pagination configurable: 5, 10, 20, or 50 items per page
Adding Users to a Product
Section titled “Adding Users to a Product”To grant access to an existing organization user:
- In the workspace’s Users tab, locate the user in the list
- Check the checkbox next to the user
- Access is granted automatically
Inviting New Users
Section titled “Inviting New Users”To invite a new user who is not yet part of the organization:
- Click the Invite User button
- Fill in the form fields:

| Role | Yes | Organization role: User or Administrator |
| Products | No | Selection of workspaces the user will have access to |
- Click Send Invite
The user will receive an email with the invitation to access the platform.
Invitation Status
Section titled “Invitation Status”| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Pending | Invitation sent, awaiting user acceptance |
| Active | User accepted and joined the organization |
| Cancelled | Invitation was revoked by the administrator |
Pending Invitations
Section titled “Pending Invitations”The pending invitations section displays all sent invitations that have not been accepted yet:
- Invitee’s name and email
- Invitation status (Awaiting access)
- Option to cancel the invitation
Removing Access
Section titled “Removing Access”To remove a user’s access to the workspace:
- Locate the user in the list
- Click the remove button (trash icon)
- Confirm the action
Roles and Permissions
Section titled “Roles and Permissions”Prodgy has two main roles:
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| User | Access to assigned workspaces, Playground usage, dashboard and knowledge base viewing |
| Administrator | All user permissions, plus access to the admin panel, product management, users, and settings |
