Super Admin
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Configure the feedback form displayed to platform users. The feedback feature allows collecting user reviews and suggestions about the platform experience.
Settings
Section titled “Settings”| Setting | Description |

| Session timeout | Time in minutes after login to display the feedback popup (default: 15 min) |
| Enable GA4 | Toggle to send feedback events to Google Analytics 4 |
| GA4 event name | Name of the event sent to GA4 (default: “user_feedback”) |
Actions
Section titled “Actions”Reset Feedback
Section titled “Reset Feedback”Resets the feedback state for all users, allowing the form to be displayed again.
- The system shows the count of affected profiles before confirmation
- After resetting, all users will see the feedback popup again after the configured timeout
