What are Integrations?
Section titled “What are Integrations?”Integrations are configured connections between Prodgy and external tools. They allow:
- Agents to execute tasks in third-party tools
- Workflows to automate flows between systems
- Dashboards to display metrics from connected tools
- Synchronization of data between platforms
Integration Categories

Integration Status
Section titled “Integration Status”Each integration has a visual status indicator:

| Connected | Green | Connection successfully established |
| Synced | Green | Data synchronized |
| Inactive | Gray | Integration disabled |
| Pending | Yellow | Awaiting configuration or validation |
| Syncing | Yellow | Synchronization in progress |
| Failed | Red | Connection or authentication error |
| Disconnected | Red | Connection lost |
Security
Section titled “Security”- Credentials are stored encrypted in the database
- Sensitive fields are never displayed after configuration — re-entry is required when editing
- Integrations with the Encrypted badge indicate protected credentials
- The system records the date of the last connection validation
