Guide

Integrations are configured connections between Prodgy and external tools. They allow:

  • Agents to execute tasks in third-party tools
  • Workflows to automate flows between systems
  • Dashboards to display metrics from connected tools
  • Synchronization of data between platforms

Each integration has a visual status indicator:

  • Credentials are stored encrypted in the database
  • Sensitive fields are never displayed after configuration — re-entry is required when editing
  • Integrations with the Encrypted badge indicate protected credentials
  • The system records the date of the last connection validation
