Agent Installation
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”Before installing an agent, make sure that:
- You have an active account on Prodgy
- You have access to at least one product
- You have administrator or management permissions on the workspace
How to Install an Agent
Section titled “How to Install an Agent”-
Access the Agent Panel
Log in to the Prodgy platform, select the workspace, and navigate to the agents section. You’ll see the grid with all available agents.

Choose the agent
Identify the agent you want to install. Agents with Available status display the “Install” button on the card.

Start the installation wizard
Click “Install” to open the guided wizard. The process is divided into steps, with a progress bar indicating advancement.
Installation Wizard Steps
Section titled “Installation Wizard Steps”The wizard guides you through all necessary configurations before activating the agent:
1. Welcome
Section titled “1. Welcome”The first screen presents the agent’s general information:
- Name and avatar of the agent
- Version that will be installed
- Author and publication date
- Description detailing what the agent does and how to use it
2. Integrations
Section titled “2. Integrations”Select the integrations the agent will use to connect to external tools:
- Each integration is displayed with its logo and description
- Examples: Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira, OpenAI, Aha!
- You can select only the integrations relevant to your workflow
- Integrations can be added or removed later in the settings
3. Prompts
Section titled “3. Prompts”Configure the system prompts that guide the agent’s behavior:
- Prompts are divided into sections with title and content
- You can add new sections or remove existing ones
- Content accepts free text and is editable with a full editor
- Prompts define how the agent interprets and processes requests
4. Parameters
Section titled “4. Parameters”Define the agent-specific configuration parameters:

Required fields are marked with a red asterisk. Validation occurs in real time.
5. Result
Section titled “5. Result”After confirmation, the installation runs automatically. The progress bar displays the status of each internal step:
- Copying — copies the agent’s base data
- Integrations — configures the selected integrations
- Parameters — applies the defined parameters
- Publishing — publishes the agent’s first version
- Exporting — exports the final configuration
- Finalizing — completes the process
Each step displays a visual indicator: pending, running (spinner), or completed (green check).
Post-Installation
Section titled “Post-Installation”After successful installation:
- The agent appears with Installed status (green dot) in the Agent Panel
- A first version is automatically published
- The agent’s webhook is generated and can be copied in the settings
- You can access the Settings panel by clicking the gear icon on the card
Uninstalling an Agent
Section titled “Uninstalling an Agent”To uninstall an agent from the workspace:
- Go to the Agent Panel and locate the installed agent
- Click the uninstall button available on the agent card
- Confirm the action in the confirmation dialog
