Administration
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The History section records every stage of the Assistant’s meeting lifecycle. Each event contains detailed information about what happened and when, allowing administrators to audit activities, identify errors, and analyze trends.
Recorded Events
Section titled “Recorded Events”The panel automatically records the following lifecycle events:

Data Available Per Event
Section titled “Data Available Per Event”Each event records the following data:
- Identification: session ID, meeting URL, meeting name
- Sender: email of who forwarded the invitation
- Organization: organization, product, agent, and user IDs
- Participants: names and identifiers of participants
- Transcription: segment and participant count (when applicable)
- Duration: total meeting time in seconds
- Errors: detailed error message (when applicable)
- Timestamps: creation and processing date/time
Query Filters
Section titled “Query Filters”The history can be filtered by:

Dashboards
Section titled “Dashboards”The History section also offers customizable dashboards that allow you to visualize metrics and analyze Assistant data in different formats.
Chart Types

Customization
Section titled “Customization”Each dashboard can be personalized by the user:
- Rename: assign a custom name to the dashboard
- Resize: choose between small, medium, large, or full screen sizes
- Reorder: drag and drop to set the position in the grid
- Filter: apply date, selection, text, and number filters
- Refresh: manual refresh button to reload data
- Export: download data in CSV format
Adding Dashboards
Section titled “Adding Dashboards”Available dashboards can be added to your personal view. Each workspace may have pre-configured default dashboards, and you can add or remove them as needed.
