Installing an Integration

Guide
  1. Access the Integrations page

In the sidebar menu, click on Integrations. The page displays already configured integrations and a button to add new ones.

  2. Open the catalog

Click the Add button to open the side panel with the catalog of available integrations.

  3. Search and select

Use the search field to find the desired integration by name or description. Click the ”+” button on the integration card.

  4. Name the integration

Enter a Name for this integration instance. This field is required and helps identify it in the list — especially useful when you have multiple instances of the same type (e.g., “Jira — Mobile”, “Jira — Backend”).

  5. Configure credentials

A configuration dialog is displayed with two types of fields:

    • Settings — additional tool-specific fields (when applicable)
    • Authentication — access credentials (API key, token, username/password, etc.)

Fill in all required fields (marked with an indicator).

  6. Choose permissions

At the bottom of the form, the Permissions section allows you to define the integration scope:

    • Local (This workspace only) — selected by default. The integration is restricted to the current workspace.
    • Global (All workspaces) — makes the integration available across all workspaces in the organization.
  7. Connect

Click Connect to save the integration. The system validates the credentials and displays a success or error notification.

You can install multiple instances of the same integration type, each with different credentials and scope. For example:

  • A Local Jira connected to the MOBILE project
  • Another Local Jira connected to the BACKEND project
  • A Global Jira available as fallback for all workspaces

When a workspace has a Local integration, it automatically overrides the Global version of the same type for that workspace’s AI agents.

The configuration form is dynamic and varies according to the selected integration. Available field types are:

TypeDescription
TextFree text fields (URLs, names, IDs)
PasswordMasked fields for sensitive credentials
EmailEmail address fields
NumberNumeric fields (ports, IDs)
SelectDropdown with predefined options
CheckboxToggle for boolean options

With the integration installed:

  • It appears in the configured integrations list with its name, scope badge (Local/Global), and logo
  • The last validation date is displayed when available
  • The integration becomes available for use in agents, workflows, and dashboards
  • New dashboards may become available on the Home Screen
