Settings

The first sub-tab displays the table with all active members:

RoleBadge indicating Admin, User, or Super Admin
ProductsLogos of workspaces the user has access to. Super Admins show “All”

The table is paginated with 10 users per page.

  • Admin/User viewers: Super Admin users are hidden from the list
  • Super Admin viewers: See all organization users plus all Super Admins from any organization, displayed at the bottom with a subtle blue background

The second sub-tab lists all sent invitations that have not yet been accepted:

  • Name and email of the invitee
  • Role assigned to the invitation
  • Status badge (pending)
  • Delete button to cancel the invitation
  1. Click Invite User
  2. Enter the new member’s name and email
  3. Select the role (User, Admin, or Super Admin — Super Admin option only visible to Super Admins)
  4. Select the workspaces the member will have access to (hidden when inviting a Super Admin)
  5. Send the invitation

After sending, the tab automatically switches to Pending Invites to show the new invitation.

Super AdminPlatform-wide superuser with access to all organizations and workspaces. See Super Admin role

  • Click the edit icon next to the user
  • Change the user’s role
  • Change the workspaces the user has access to (tab hidden for Super Admins)
  • Click the remove icon next to the user
  • Confirm the removal in the confirmation dialog
