Active Users
Section titled “Active Users”The first sub-tab displays the table with all active members:

| Products | Logos of workspaces the user has access to. Super Admins show “All” |
The table is paginated with 10 users per page.
Super Admin visibility
Section titled “Super Admin visibility”- Admin/User viewers: Super Admin users are hidden from the list
- Super Admin viewers: See all organization users plus all Super Admins from any organization, displayed at the bottom with a subtle blue background
Pending Invites
Section titled “Pending Invites”The second sub-tab lists all sent invitations that have not yet been accepted:
- Name and email of the invitee
- Role assigned to the invitation
- Status badge (pending)
- Delete button to cancel the invitation
Invite New Members
Section titled “Invite New Members”- Click Invite User
- Enter the new member’s name and email
- Select the role (User, Admin, or Super Admin — Super Admin option only visible to Super Admins)
- Select the workspaces the member will have access to (hidden when inviting a Super Admin)
- Send the invitation
After sending, the tab automatically switches to Pending Invites to show the new invitation.

| Admin | Full access to organization settings, user management, and all features |
| User | Access to assigned workspaces only, no permission for administrative settings |
| Super Admin | Platform-wide superuser with access to all organizations and workspaces. See Super Admin role |
Actions
Section titled “Actions”Edit User
Section titled “Edit User”- Click the edit icon next to the user
- Change the user’s role
- Change the workspaces the user has access to (tab hidden for Super Admins)
Remove User
Section titled “Remove User”- Click the remove icon next to the user
- Confirm the removal in the confirmation dialog
