Managing Dashboards
The Dashboard Hub is customizable. You decide which dashboards show up, on which tab, in what size, and in which order. Everything is saved automatically — and admins can pin a default configuration for the whole organization or workspace.
Adding dashboards
Section titled “Adding dashboards”-
Open the add panel
Click the edit button (pencil icon) in the top-right corner of the Hub.
-
Browse available dashboards
A side panel shows every dashboard available in the current scope. Use:
- Search to find dashboards by name
- Category filter (Metrics, Analytics, Reports)
- Origin filter (Organization, Workspace, Agent, Integration)
-
Add to the Hub
Click the ”+” button on the desired dashboard card. It is placed on the first compatible slot available in the current tab.
Removing dashboards
Section titled “Removing dashboards”- Locate the card you want to remove.
- Click the action menu (three dots) in the top-right corner of the card.
- Select Remove or Unpin Dashboard.
Organizing into tabs
Section titled “Organizing into tabs”When the Hub starts to feel crowded, it helps to split by context — for example, an “Operations” tab, an “AI Cost” tab, a “Quality” tab.
| Action | How to do it |
|---|---|
| Create tab | Click the + button next to the existing tabs |
| Rename | Double-click the tab name |
| Reorder | Drag the tab to the desired position |
| Delete | Tab menu → Delete (dashboards return to the add panel) |
Each tab has its own independent layout. Adding, removing or resizing dashboards in one tab does not affect the others.
Customizing the layout
Section titled “Customizing the layout”The Hub uses a system of resizable slots with drag-and-drop.
Available sizes
Section titled “Available sizes”| Size | Grid width |
|---|---|
| Small | 1 column |
| Medium | Half of the grid |
| Large | 2/3 of the grid |
| Full width | The whole grid |
Drag and drop
Section titled “Drag and drop”- Move — drag the card by the top handle to the desired position
- Resize — open the card menu and pick the size, or pull the side handle
- Slot compatibility — Prodgy prevents incompatible types from sharing a slot (e.g. a table does not fit in a small KPI slot)
Saving as default
Section titled “Saving as default”When you reach a layout that fits the whole team, you can save it as the default. Whoever opens the Hub for the first time starts with that configuration — no setup needed.
- Shape the Hub the way you want: tabs, dashboards, sizes, order.
- Open the Hub customization menu (gear icon at the top of the page).
- Pick Save as default:
- Organization default — applies to the company-wide executive view
- Workspace default — applies only to the current workspace
- Confirm. The configuration becomes the starting point for everyone in the chosen scope.
How the preference cascade works
Section titled “How the preference cascade works”Prodgy resolves the layout each user sees in this order:
- Your personal preferences — what you tweaked. Always wins.
- Scope default — what the organization or workspace admin saved.
- Platform default — the initial layout shipped by Prodgy.
That means the default set by the admin only appears to people who haven’t personalized anything yet. Whoever already tweaked keeps their own layout.
Resetting preferences
Section titled “Resetting preferences”If your customization got out of hand and you want to fall back to the scope’s layout (admin- or platform-defined), just reset.
- Open the Hub customization menu.
- Select Restore default.
- Confirm — your personal preferences are discarded and the Hub falls back to the default in the cascade above.
Per-dashboard actions
Section titled “Per-dashboard actions”From each card’s action menu, you can:
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Settings | Adjust filters and card size |
| Refresh | Force a manual data refresh |
| Export CSV | Download the dashboard data as CSV |
| Rename | Personalize the dashboard title in your panel |
| Pin / Unpin | Add or remove the dashboard from the Hub |
Available filters
Section titled “Available filters”| Filter type | Description |
|---|---|
| Selection | Single choice in a dropdown |
| Multi-selection | Multiple options with checkboxes |
| Date | Single-date picker |
| Period | Date range with presets (last 7, 14, 30, 60, 90 days…) |
| Number | Numeric input |
| Text | Text search field |
