Unsubscribe from Prodgy invitation emails
Prodgy invitation emails include an option to unsubscribe. When you unsubscribe, your email is removed from Prodgy’s invitation and contact lists related to that invitation flow.
Step by step
Section titled “Step by step”-
Open the invitation email
Find the Prodgy invitation message in your inbox. -
Click “Unsubscribe” (or “Cancel subscription”)
The invitation email includes a visible link/button to cancel subscription. -
You’ll be redirected to a public Prodgy page
This page is public and opens using a secure link from your email. -
Confirm the unsubscribe request (if prompted)
If confirmation is required, follow the instructions on the page. -
Check the success message
Prodgy displays a confirmation message indicating your subscription was canceled successfully.
Expected result
Section titled “Expected result”After completing the steps above:
- Your email is removed from the invitation list.
- Your email is removed from the contact list associated with Prodgy invitations.
- You see a clear success message confirming the unsubscribe.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”-
Problem: The unsubscribe link doesn’t open.
How to fix: Try opening it in another browser or device. If it still fails, contact Prodgy support. -
Problem: The page says the request is invalid or expired.
How to fix: The link may have expired or been used already. Request a new invite or contact support. -
Problem: I’m still receiving emails after unsubscribing.
How to fix: It can take a short time to propagate. If it continues, contact support and share the email address affected.
