Accessing Security Settings
Section titled “Accessing Security Settings”- Go to the workspace configuration page (gear button in the navbar)
- Click the Security tab
Danger Zone
Section titled “Danger Zone”The Security tab contains the Danger Zone — a section dedicated to destructive operations that cannot be undone.
Delete Workspace
Section titled “Delete Workspace”Permanently removes the workspace and all associated data.
Before deleting, the system checks for blocking dependencies:

| Installed agents | Uninstall all agents from the workspace first |
| Knowledge bases | Remove all knowledge base entries first |
If dependencies exist, the delete button will be disabled and a message will indicate what needs to be removed.
Steps to delete:
- Click the Delete button in the Danger Zone section
- The system displays blocking dependencies (if any)
- Type the exact workspace name to confirm
- Click Delete to proceed
- A progress bar indicates the deletion process
- After completion, you are redirected to General Settings > Products
Security Best Practices
Section titled “Security Best Practices”- Limit admin access — only users who need to manage the workspace should have administrator roles
- Review connected apps regularly — check the Apps tab for applications with unnecessary access
- Use expiring API tokens — configure expiration dates for tokens whenever possible
- Revoke unused tokens — deactivate API tokens and OAuth apps that are no longer in use
- Audit before deleting — always verify what data will be lost before proceeding with product deletion
