  1. Go to the workspace configuration page (gear button in the navbar)
  2. Click the Security tab

The Security tab contains the Danger Zone — a section dedicated to destructive operations that cannot be undone.

Permanently removes the workspace and all associated data.

Before deleting, the system checks for blocking dependencies:

If dependencies exist, the delete button will be disabled and a message will indicate what needs to be removed.

Steps to delete:

  1. Click the Delete button in the Danger Zone section
  2. The system displays blocking dependencies (if any)
  3. Type the exact workspace name to confirm
  4. Click Delete to proceed
  5. A progress bar indicates the deletion process
  6. After completion, you are redirected to General Settings > Products

  • Limit admin access — only users who need to manage the workspace should have administrator roles
  • Review connected apps regularly — check the Apps tab for applications with unnecessary access
  • Use expiring API tokens — configure expiration dates for tokens whenever possible
  • Revoke unused tokens — deactivate API tokens and OAuth apps that are no longer in use
  • Audit before deleting — always verify what data will be lost before proceeding with product deletion
